Medina Family University - May 10th!

5/6/2024 5:45 pm

Hello everyone, our Medina Family University is happening this Friday, May 10th, from 6-8 pm! Please mark your calendar and join us :)

This event is packed with valuable sessions. We have invited renowned child psychologist Dr. Laura Kastner from UW (https://www.laurakastnerphd.com/) and BSD MHAT Counselor Dr. Jared Taylor to provide their insights on coping with your child’s well-being and stress management in the era of technology. Some discussions might involve sensitive information, so parents are advised to consider whether their children should attend.

In addition, we have 5 fourth and fifth-grade students from Medina, and 7 middle school students from Chinook Middle School and Odle Middle School, who will share their learning experiences with younger students. The fourth and fifth-grade panelists include Ethan W., Kevin J., Owen Q., Anvi S., and Max C.. We appreciate the participation of our proud tigers and the support of the parents!

Childcare services will not be provided at this event. If you bring your school-age children, they need to stay under your supervision for the entire duration. Fruits and light snacks will be provided. We look forward a rewarding and enjoyable evening together!
