Our fall fundraiser Halloween Festival is back on Friday, October 24th, 4:00–7:00 PM at Medina Elementary!
 
Join us for a spooktacular evening featuring a Costume Parade, Trunk or Treat, and Arcade Games galore!
 
This beloved event raises funds that support extra GSAs and Tech Specialists for our students. With your generosity, our community comes together to enrich our children’s education.

 

Volunteer Opportunities
 
We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help plan, organize, and keep the festivities running smoothly—from early prep to the final carnival cheer.
Whether you're a logistics whiz, carnival game captain, trunk-or-treat maestro ready to deck out your car in spooky style, or a costume parade enthusiast who loves wrangling pint-sized superheroes and glittery ghosts, there’s a perfect role for you in the lead-up and on the big day!

Schedule 

 

 
  • 4:00–4:45 PM – Gratitude Game Time
    • As a special thank-you to our generous donors, this early-access game zone is open exclusively to families with higher donations. (More details to come) 
    • Enjoy a quieter, more personalized experience with carnival games before the full festivities begin. Your support truly makes a difference for our school and community! 
  • 5:00–5:15 PM – Costume Parade
    • Students line up on the bus loop by their class sign around 4:30 PM, buzzing with excitement and dressed to impress! 
    • Classroom parents, please collect your student and classroom sign.
  • 5:15–7:00 PM – Carnival Games Open to All!
    • No tickets required - just bring your game face!
    • Check out our brand-new arcade zone - try your hand at the Holey Roller Toss, smash your way through the Milk Bottle Smash, sink a shot in Mini Golf, roll for glory in Skee Ball, or test your aim with the Axe Throw! And that’s just the beginning—more surprises await!
  • 5:30–6:30 PM – Trunk or Treat
    • Decorated cars loaded with candies and goodies will line the parking loop. Hosts will arrive by 4PM. Candy refills will be available with limited supplies. 
    • New this year: Trunk Voting! Cast your vote for your favorite decorated trunk. The Top Trunk Award will be announced at the end of the event.
