RESULTS

Our runners found four course markers with silly questions. Here are their answers:

1. Would you rather be a famous chef or fashion designer?

Winner: Chef (75%)

Chef, because I want to make delicious food.

- Aanya (3rd Grade)

Chef, because cooking is awesome.

- Daniel (5th Grade)

Fashion designer, because I always care about what clothes I wear.

- Ananya (2nd Grade)

2. Would you rather read a new book or re-read your favorite book?

Winner: Read a new book (71%)

New book is always more exciting and fun because there are more unknowns.

- Ethan (5th Grade)

New book, because I read my favorite book thousands of times.

- Jayden (4th Grade)

New book, so I can explore new worlds.

- Anushka (3rd Grade)

Re-read my favorite book, because I already know that the story is going to be good.

- Andy (4th Grade) in dissent

I want to re-read the Narwhal books.

- Jane (1st Grade)

3. Would you rather swim with dolphins or turtles?

Winner: Dolphins (86%)

Dolphins travel faster and seem more willing to swim than turtles. Dolphins can go up to 18 miles an hour!

- Kayla (4th Grade)

Dolphins, because that is my third favorite animal behind arctic reindeer and foxes.

- Natalie (3rd Grade)

Dolphins, because dolphins are more playful.

- Jasmine (4th Grade)

Dolphins, because turtles are slow.

- Caleb (3rd Grade)

4. Would you rather dye your hair orange or blue?

Winner: Blue (89%)

Blue with a little bit of orange.

- Michael (3rd Grade)

Orange is not my color.

- Abhay (5th)

I like blue.

- Krithya (3rd) and Lili (1st)

Blue, because I don't like orange.

- Jackson (2nd Grade)
