It’s time to load your child’s e-wallet, mark your calendars, and sign up to volunteer. Below is everything you need to know for a fun and successful week of reading.

We’d love your help! Please sign up to volunteer during your child’s class shopping time. Your support makes a big difference.

📖 Book Fair Highlights
A full week packed with wonderful books and shopping opportunities!
Setting up an e-wallet is recommended for convenience—create and load your student’s e-wallet here (Each student needs their own account.) Students may shop with an e-wallet or cash in a labeled Ziploc bag.
Any remaining e-wallet funds donated to our communal pool will be used on the final day to purchase classroom and library wish-list books. Please fill out the consent form if you’d like to donate unused funds here.

🎄 Giving Tree Book Donations
This year, we’re also collecting new books for our Giving Tree to support KidVantage, an organization that provides essential support to local families and children in need. If you’d like to participate, feel free to pick up an extra book during the Book Fair and drop it off at the Giving Tree display. Every donation helps share the joy of reading with a child!

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Shopping Times
In addition to class visits, families are invited to shop together during the following times:

Before School - Parent supervision required
• Tue–Fri (12/9–12/12), 7:45–8:00AM

After School - Parent supervision required
• Mon (12/8), Tue (12/9), Thu (12/11), 2:35–3:00PM
• Wed (12/10), 12:20–12:45PM

Family Night - Meet our wonderful librarians and enjoy an evening of reading fun!

• Wed (12/10), 5:30–7:30PM

🤝 Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are essential to making the Book Fair a success. We still have openings for before-school and after-school shifts, Family Night, and teardown on the last day. If you’re available, please sign up here - thank you to those who have already volunteered!
