Our fall fundraiser Halloween Festival is coming back on Friday, October 27 4:00-6:30pm at Medina Elementary with Costume Parade, Trunk or Treat, Pumpkin Contest, and new this year - ARCADE GAMES!
This fall fundraiser raises funds that we grant to school for extra GSAs and Tech Specialists. With your support and generosity, our community can come together to enrich our children’s education.
Come to watch the costume parade, pose and take your own festival photos at our DIY photo booth, submit your pumpkin art for the contest, and vote for your favorite piece before 5:30pm on the event day. Cars loaded with candies and goodies will start the extravaganza at the parking loop at 5pm.
New this year - Medina PTA will bring over many arcade game stations to site. Stations include: professional airbrush face painting booth, Zap-A-Mole, Carnival game wall, Penguin fish fling, Ring toss, Cornhole toss, and many more. As a special “thank-you” for families donating $500 dollars and more, we will have a limited access only VIP zone for you. You can donate here or return a check in the PTA envelope for Halloween Festival. We encourage you to get the full arcade experience for your kids. The pass will be picked up at the check-in during our Halloween Festival on Friday, October 27th, 4:00-6:30pm. The envelope with the Halloween flyer and donation slip will be sent home in the first week of October.

Schedule
Check-In: 4-6pm
Check-in starts at 4pm. Please come to the check-in desk to pick up your check-in envelope with a voting ticket for the pumpkin contest and game pass.
Costume Parade: 4:15-4:30pm
Students line up on the bus loop by their class sign around 4pm. Parade happens 4:15-4:30pm. No sign up required.
Pumpkin Contest: 4:30-5:30pm Sign up to bring a pumpkin now!
Please sign up to enter your pumpkins. This year, we will have a fan favorite for each category: Grade K-1, Grade 2-3, and Grade 4-5. You will get a ticket to vote when you check in. Please drop off your pumpkins on the day of (morning: 7:45-9:15 am, and afternoon: 2-3 pm). Voting is 4:30-5:30pm. Winner announcement will be made at 6pm. Parents are free to take back your pumpkins after 5:30pm. All pumpkins not picked up by 6:30 pm will be discarded.
Trunk or Treat: 5-6pm Sign up now!
Please sign up to host your decorated trunk with candies. This year, Trunk or Treat happens at 5-6pm. Hosts please arrive by 4pm for setup and can leave at 6pm.
